Furthermore, the widespread use of lightweight materials such as aluminum alloys and high-strength steel in vehicle bodies further reduces vehicle weight, indirectly improving energy efficiency. Some high-end models even incorporate carbon fiber composites, achieving significant weight reduction while ensuring safety.
Charging Network and Consumer Confidence
Alleviating range anxiety depends not only on vehicle performance but also on the simultaneous development of charging infrastructure. Major global markets are accelerating the deployment of fast-charging networks. 800V high-voltage fast-charging technology can reduce charging times to 30%-80% in just 15 minutes. Policy support has also driven an increase in the density of public charging stations. Charging convenience has become a key consideration for consumers in the European, American, and Chinese markets, particularly in the US and China.
In the future, as technology iterations and cost reductions brought about by large-scale production, the range of electric vehicles will be closer to that of traditional fuel vehicles, accelerating the low-carbon transformation of the global transportation sector.
